We’re a Worcestershire-based social enterprise working towards a society where all babies have a responsive and nurturing relationship to enable them to live a safe, healthy and prosperous life.

Our Mission

We empower women and families to emerge from challenging situations with sustained health and wellbeing, secure relationships with their children built on responsiveness and connection, and the ability to establish safe homes and stable futures.

Our Vision

Our vision is that every parent sees their child as a catalyst for positive change. By building on their strengths, they are able to choose health, see hope for their future, and give back to their family and their community.

What We Do

We bring together a number of services under one roof – all designed to support families who at any one time may be dealing with a range of issues including: social isolation, domestic abuse and relationship conflict, poverty, or mental ill-health. Our services are available to all families with a child under 2 years old, but in particular we work with women and babies who find themselves in situations which can increase their vulnerability or place them at risk of harm – and who are often facing complex family situations.
