About

This professional development event will provide early year practitioners with research-based tools and techniques for supporting personal wellbeing and emotional regulation in your setting.

Attendees will learn concrete methods for reducing stress, enhancing focus and self-regulation, and promoting empathy and compassion.

Our team will equip educators with practical resources to integrate social-emotional learning and self-regulating practices into daily routines.

Participants will have opportunities to reflect on sustainability, build connections with fellow professionals, and gain perspective on bringing their best selves to this rewarding yet demanding work.

Our goal is for attendees to leave feeling recharged, supported, and empowered to nurture wellbeing - both their own and the children they work with.
