Led by Zoe Meachem, Yoga Teacher, and Dr Amy Naylor, Clinical Psychologist, this course explores how our nervous systems can get stuck in a fight/flight response and what this means for expectant and new parents. Zoe connects this learning to gentle yoga practices and conscious breathing, helping you build safety and connection in your body.
